The Hill-Mathieson & Partners property management app is the essential, FREE to download, app that allows our clients to manage and control their property portfolio. Regardless of whether you have 1 or 500 properties our App gives you full and live access to your property details from the convenience of your mobile or tablet device. Your latest statements, maintenance reports, tenancy agreements and everything else you may need to see are available to view by logging in to your secure account. As soon as we update any of your data the information is sent directly to the App and you will receive notification via a pop up message or SMS, all of which can be turned on or off by using your device settings. For clients with several properties, the App groups all of them together so that you can keep an eye on all or just one specific property at any time. This works particularly well for landlords on the move who may not have access to their account information at all times but still need to stay in touch with their property.

The App is an essential tool for landlords but there are some clever features for tenants too. Need to report a problem but haven’t got the time to make a call? The tenant can log into their separate account, click on a button and your device will allow you to take a picture of the problem and automatically compile an email that can immediately be sent to us. That’s it! From here on we do the rest by arranging any repairs and keeping the tenant informed of, for example, when a plumber will be attending, by sending up to the minute updates through their device. Similar to Landlords, a tenant will be able to review their tenancy agreement, inventory and various other documents all from the various options within the App.
